MASHARAH YASHARAHLA

OVERVIEW                            

The 12 Torah Articles of Belief (TTAOB) are the biblical, cultural, spiritual, and social truths to unite all Israelites into one cohesive body. The standardization of the Articles fosters repentance, obedience, oneness, and unity of the international diaspora (golah) of Israelite individuals, and bodies.  These 12 Torah Articles of Belief are static and cannot change in overall meaning, but may be clarified and expanded so as not to contradict or remove the original sense of the article.  Articles are centered around YHWH, prophecy, doctrine, belief, duty, rights & responsibility.

NECESSARY UNITY 

Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our (Adoni Yeshua HaMashiach) Ahdawan Yahawashi haMashayach, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

DUTY

Leaders and constituents of Masharah Yasharahla (Yasharahla) shall believe, observe, respect, defend and honor the holy contents of the TTAOB with dignity and integrity, as one nation. Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.  There is one body, and one Spirit, even as you are called in one hope of your calling; One Ahdawan, one faith, one baptism, One Yahawah and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.  Shami Yasharahla Yahawah Ahlahayanawa Yahawah Ahkhaad.

ARTICLES OF BELIEF - The Ancient Foundation of Our Unity

ARTICLE I- THE FATHER- Yahawah, is the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-powerful, omnipresent Creator of all things, seen and unseen, tangible and intangible. Yahawah is the source of all creation.  Hear O’Israel, Yahawah our God, Yahawah is One. And you shall love Yahawah your Ahlahaya with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.  We shall not worship, petition or pray to: self, nature, spirits, orishas, lwa, ancestors, strange or foreign gods or goddesses. Daily worship and prayer is given to Yahawah and Yahawah alone.  YHWH IS THE ALMIGHTY GOD OF THE UNIVERSE                     

ARTICLE II- THE SON- (Yeshua HaMashiach) Yahawashi Hamashayach (The Anointed Saviour (known in English as Jesus Christ)), is the son of Yahawah, and the word of Yahawah manifest in the flesh. He is a brown skinned man, born within the African tectonic plate of Bethlehem, Judah, Israel. He is the Lion of The Tribe of JUDAH. He was made, according to the flesh of the seed of (King David) Malak Dawad (2nd king of our ancient homeland Israel).  The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of haMashayach? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of haMashayach? He is the son of, Joseph and Mary (who was found with child of the Holy Spirit), the descendent of Solomon son of David, son of Jesse, the descendent of Judah, son of Jacob-Israel, son of Isaac, son of Abraham the Hebrew, the descendent of Eber, the descendent of Shem the son of Noah, the descendent of Seth, son of Adam, the son of (Elohim/God) Ahlahayam. HaMashayach was made of Yahawah as the image of the unseen Ahlahayam and the firstborn of every creature. Know ye not, that as many of us as were baptized into Yahawashi haMashayach were baptized into his death?  The working of the mighty power of Yahawah was worked in HaMashayach, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power, might, and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that which is to come, and had put all things under his feet and gave him to be the head over all things to the assembly, maqaraah/miqra. HaMashayach Yahawashi is the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes unto the father, but by him. He is the redeemer and savior and made of Yahawah to us, wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification. HaMashayach Yahawashi has fulfilled and shall fulfill all things written in the Law of Moses, and in the prophets about him. No messiah, prophet; king, teacher; leader, male, female is above or equal to Yahawashi HaMashayach. Daily prayer is given to Yahawah in the name of Yahawashi HaMashayach.  THE OLD TESTAMENT PROVES THE IDENTITY OF THE MESSIAH 

ARTICLE III- THE HOLY SPIRIT-Prophecy came not in old time by the will of man, but holy man of Yahawah spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit bears witness in heaven, teaches us, and reminds us of the words of HaMashayach Yahawashi & Yahawah. The Holy Spirit guides us into all truth, and glorifies HaMashayach Yahawashi. It is the Spirit of truth and the Comforter. The Holy Spirit reproves the world of sin and teaches us words of wisdom comparing spiritual things to spiritual. It is a spirit, not a man.  THE HOLY SPIRIT IS NECESSARY FOR DISCERNMENT, INSTRUCTION & DOCTRINE 

ARTICLE IV- THE WORD OF YAHAWAH-The Torah, Tanakh, Septuagint, and 1611 Holy Bible, as trusted copies of the scriptures, are final for determining, and reviewing belief, and infallible truths. These are profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and instruction in righteousness. Books of other nations and their religions shall not be used nor believed by us for ultimate spiritual truths. THE HEBREW BIBLE IS THE MOST RELIABLE AND USEFUL BIBLE,  AFTER THE GREEK.  TORAH DETERMINES DOCTRINE. ENOCH, JUBILEE, JASHER ARE NOT RIGHTEOUS BOOKS

ARTICLE V - THE TORAH - Torah means “instructions” given by Yahawah. The Torah is contained in the 1st five books of the Holy Bible (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy). Moses was the prophet of The Torah. Yasharahla, in every country, shall adhere to the Thawrah as a formal code of laws, statutes and commandments of Yahawah, in their homes and communities, and in their travels, as their highest and ultimate law.. The Torah shall be taught formally, in every assembly and community of Yasharahla in Ibaryath (Hebrew) and the local language(s). It is the biblical duty of the Levites to teach the law and judgments of Yahawah to Yasharahla.  The elder judges of Masharah Yasharahla issue final Torah doctrine and Torah halakhak for order, unity & repentance.  TORAH IS THE CENTRAL PILLAR OF SPIRITUAL HARMONY                

ARTICLE VI- HOLY CONVOCATIONS- For the purpose of prayer, worship, obedience, exhortation, edification, and instruction, each male is commanded by Yahawah to appear in Jerusalem in holy convocation three times a year; in the passover/feast of unleavened bread, in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles. Memorial of the Blowing of Trumpets and Day of Atonement must be kept as holy days. All convocations shall be at a place and time as determined by empirical means by Yasharahla Office of Calendar, or other such competent authority.  Moreover, we are commanded by Yahawah to observe the seventh day of rest (Shabbath) as holy and convocational, throughout our generations for a perpetual covenant and a sign between Yahawah and us. Six days a week may work be done, but the seventh day of the week is a sabbath of rest, holy to Yahawah. The weekly sabbath of rest begins at dark sunset (astronomical twilight) of the sixth day of the week,so-called F-iday, and shall end at dark sunset (astronomical twilight) of the seventh day of the week, so-called Sa-t-rday, in a constant pattern of 7 days. During the weekly sabbath, we shall read and study the Thawrah, engage ourselves in the gospel and the words of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit, and We shall refrain from satisfying debts, buying and selling, work, and the like. We shall appear with others, at a set time and place in Holy Convocation, as commanded by Yahawah. On the seventh day Yahawah ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And Yahawah blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which Yahawah created and made. We will not kindle fire for food, work, transportation or in any other form. The biblical new month (black new moon/keseh) is observed from the night immediately before the inferior conjunction. It is a day of rest and worship with no school, commercial or business activities. All holy feasts and holy convocations for these days are observed in clean places. Note that, the crescent moon & white moon are not used for the new moon. Sabbath is not determined by the moon. THE WEEKLY SABBATH IS FRIDAY NIGHT TO SATURDAY NIGHT, NEW MOON IS BLACK. ANYTHING ELSE IN A LIE

ARTICLE VII- GRACE-Yahawah has provided grace and redemption from eternal damnation to those who obey him, believe on his son, turn from willful sin, and earnestly endeavour to live holy, without sin. Grace postpones the condemnation which shall result from sin, and grace enables us to obtain forgiveness, newness of life, and eternal life in the name of HaMashayach Yahawashi. Captivity is no excuse for sin. It is forbidden to sin because we are under grace of Yahawah and not under the law of sin and death..   YHWH GIVES GRACE TO US TO REPENT, NOT TO KEEP SINNING

ARTICLE VIII- WISDOM-Wisdom is the breath of Yahawah and the brightness of the everlasting light, the unspotted mirror of the power of Yahawah . She makes all things new and in all ages entering into holy souls, she makes them friends of Yahawah and prophets. Wisdom is better than rubies, and all things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. Riches and honor are with wisdom. Wisdom was set up from everlasting. Wisdom is holy, kind to man and sure. Whoever finds wisdom finds life, and shall obtain favor from Yahawah . Wisdom should be taught to every man, so that every man may be presented perfect in HaMashayach Yahawashi. HaMashayach, as a perfect expression of the wisdom and will of Yahawah, demonstrates the counsel of Yahawah, love, and humility in his life example. We are persuaded by HaMashiach to live in wisdom and seek counsel from the examples of the Proverbs, Ecclesiasticus (Sirach), Wisdom of Solomon, and throughout the Holy Bible. Comforting and tending to the hungry, thirsty, clothesless, sick and incarcerated are taught by Yahawashi. Pure Religion and undefiled before the angels and the Father is to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction and to keep oneself unspotted from the world. We must live the life of HaMashiach and be like him; selfless, giving, humble, swift to do good to those in need, and serving the needs of others. There is no wisdom, nor understanding, nor counsel against Yahawah. Where no counsel is, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety. Without counsel purposes are disappointed, but in the multitude of counselors they are established. The frailty and fallibility of human nature force us to seek a more perfect means of stability and resolution to conflict in every order of our lives. Each person is entitled to and must seek counsel as presented in the word of Yahawah, the Holy Bible. We seek, engage and share the counsel of wisdom, which is the counsel of HaMashayach Yahawashi, which is the counsel of Yahawah through his written words.  WISDOM GIVES COUNSEL TO KNOW THE WILL OF YHWH

ARTICLE IX-FAMILY-Yahawah is the head of HaMashayach Yahawashi. HaMashayach is the head of man, and man is the head of woman. HaMashayach submits to Yahawah in all things. Man must submit to HaMashiach in all things and the woman must submit to her man in all things in righteousness. In these relationships, the head has full right, responsibility and authority over all subordinates in accordance with the laws, statutes, commandments and wisdom of the Holy Bible. If a man entices a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he must endow her to be his wife. If the father refuses, he must pay the father 50 shekels of silver. The consent of the virgin’s father (or proxy) is required. Children are of the lineage and tribe of the father.  He is responsible for their needs. He must oversee them and their education. Any rape, molestation, etc of any child will have severe punishment by secular and Yasharahla government. The man is ultimately responsible for all guidance, assets and needs of the family. Adultery and rape will result in discipline from secular and or Yasharahla government. A lawfully married woman may not remarry, at all, unless her husband (ex) dies. A man may only divorce his wife and remarry due to physical fornication. Violation of these standards is adultery.  These laws must be agreed to, by both parties for an indisputable lawful marriage. Monogamy and polygyny are lawful and respected in the Torah as the personal choice of a man. The family unit shall be administered by the standards established by Yahawah and HaMashayach Yahawashi and the family head.  Noone may restrict the family head from any Biblical practice, belief, right, privilege or duty expressly given or positively inferred, relative to the family.  Marriages established without full understanding and agreement of permanency, should be reconsidered and/or reconstituted. Those established with full understanding and agreement of the permanency, must remain. What therefore YHWH hath joined together, let no man put asunder. TORAH & HEBREW CULTURE RULE THE FAMILY

ARTICLE X-GOVERNMENT & JUDGMENTS- The Role of Judges and Rulers: A wise judge instructs his people, and a prudent ruler maintains order. As the judge is, so are his officers; as the ruler is, so are his people.   The Foundation of National Governance: Moses' Model: Moses established a council of 70 elders. This governing body was known as the "Great House of Judgment" (Beth Din HaGadol), the Sanhedrin, and the Council. Moses gave the model of captains/judges—able men, who fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness—to be placed as rulers over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens. They must judge at all seasons and be men of wisdom, wise men, understanding, and known among their tribes.  Judges and officers, trained in Torah, must be in every city, and they shall judge the people with just judgment. Levites are also to teach judgments and law.   HaMashiach’s Instructions for Order: HaMashiach established local governance: "If thy brother trespass against thee, tell him his fault privately. If he will not hear thee, take one or two witnesses. If he still refuses, tell it to the assembly. If he neglects to hear them, let him be unto thee as a heathen man and a publican. Whatever ye bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; whatever ye loose shall be loosed in heaven."  Governance in Synagogues and the Community: Synagogues served as governance centers with judges, officers, translators, and servants. Each body of Yasharahla must uphold these structures rather than modern religious models. 

We must:

Establish and follow governance protocols based on Torah and history.

Communicate these protocols to other bodies of Yasharahla.

Unite under Torah, Yahawah's laws, statutes, and commandments, with faith in Yahawashi, our Messiah.

The Duty of Governance: Structure and order must be upheld, and violations addressed. Insubordination, Torah violations, and protocol violations must be addressed and reconciled. Governance is the duty of elders, judges, officers, priests, Levites, soldiers, teachers, and the populace-at-large, both in the diaspora and in our homeland. All citizens should engage and interact with government servants at every level possible.  Moses commanded: "Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; hear the small as well as the great; fear no man, for judgment is Yahawah's. The cause too hard for you, bring unto me."  Leadership and Judgment: Torah and tenure establish the chain of command. King David will rise as our Prince and Shepherd. Yahawah reserves the unjust for judgment, especially those who despise government: "Presumptuous and self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. Whereas angels, greater in power, bring not railing accusations against them before Yahawah. But these, as brute beasts, speak evil of what they understand not and shall perish in their corruption."  "Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do so with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you." WE MUST RESPECT OUR TORAH COMPLIANT LEADERSHIP

ARTICLE XI – UNITY - The House of Judah (primarily, victims of slave trade in USA, Haiti, Jamaica, Lesser Antilles, West Indies, and scattered among all peoples) and the House of Israel (primarily, original settlers and victims of European/Edomite invasion and slavery in North, Central, South America and Caribbean Sea, and scattered among all peoples) and Yasharahla in general (exiled and enslaved peoples of Asia and Africa, Lemba, Siddi, Sheedi, Habshi, Zanj, AfroTurks, AfroAbkhazians, Sri Lankan Kaffir, Kunlun, with historical, prophetic, ethnic, oral identification as hebrew peoples),  as the 12 Tribes of Israel & The Lost Sheep of The House of Israel, will unite as one body of people under full acceptance of  Yahawashi the Messiah,  and The Torah of Mashah given by Yahawah. All Israelite men and women should attend General Convocations & National Holy Convocations, on their continent and country to work toward Zephaniah 2:1, and to help bring life, repentance, obedience, organization and unity within the 12 tribes of Yasharahla to electrify. Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired; Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of Yahawah come upon you, before the day of Yahawah’s anger come upon you.  Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Ahdawan Yahawashi haMashayach, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.  There is one body, and one Spirit, even as you are called in one hope of your calling;  One Ahdawan, one faith, one baptism, One Yahawah and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.  UNITY IS OBEDIENCE, HERITAGE & COOPERATION 

ARTICLE XII – EXODUS - We, the Israelite peoples, exiled rulers, kings, priests and citizens, of ancient Yasharahla have been scattered, oppressed and enslaved throughout Africa, India, North, Central, South America and the Caribbean and, scattered, oppressed and enslaved throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and the various islands, shall be: physically gathered again as the 12 Tribes of Israel, placed in the wilderness, with King David as our Prince and Shepherd, and, as the ancient Hebrews, Jews, and Israelites, put back into ancient Israel, forever, world without end, by the power of Yahawah, in the name of Yahawashi HaMashayach. As I live, saith the Ahdanya Yahawah, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you: And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.  And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.  THE 12 TRIBES WILL BE GATHERED FROM ALL CONTINENTS
